Our products have been exported to numerous countries and regions, including Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. We possess extensive experience in international trade and are familiar with import requirements and customs clearance documentation (such as Certificates of Origin, commodity inspection certificates, etc.) for various countries.

A:

Yes, we provide samples. Samples are generally charged at the unit price, but the cost can be refunded or deducted if a bulk order is placed subsequently. Shipping costs are borne by the client.

A:

We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Our standard terms are a 30% down payment followed by the remaining 70% before shipment (or upon presentation of the copy of the Bill of Lading). More flexible payment terms can be negotiated for long-term clients.

We provide standard export packaging (wooden crates, steel boxes, or pallets) tailored to product characteristics, including anti-rust and impact protection measures. We support sea, air, and land transport, with trade terms such as FOB, CIF, and DDP available. We work with professional freight forwarders on a long-term basis, but we can also work with a forwarder designated by the client.

A:

Yes. Through in-house capabilities or partner facilities, we perform heat treatments such as normalizing, quenching, tempering, quenching & tempering, and carburizing, as well as surface treatments like sandblasting, painting, galvanizing, phosphating, and blackening to meet various operational requirements.

A:

Mold costs are quoted individually based on product complexity. Upon confirmation of a batch order, mold costs can often be refunded or amortized. The customer retains ownership of the molds; we are responsible for their storage and maintenance and can transfer them to the customer upon request.

A:

Yes. We accommodate customer-commissioned factory audits or product inspections by third-party agencies such as SGS, BV, or TÜV; costs and arrangements can be negotiated separately. We can also provide EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 material certificates upon request.

Zhonggong is ISO 9001 certified and implements a full-process traceability system covering everything from raw material intake and in-process control to final product inspection. We are equipped with testing instruments such as CMMs, spectrometers, universal testing machines, hardness testers, and ultrasonic/magnetic particle flaw detectors. We can also provide comprehensive material, dimensional, and mechanical property reports with the shipment.

A:

Samples/Small batches (≤100 units): Approx. 15–25 days (including mold making)
Batch orders (100–1,000 units): Approx. **30–45 days**
Large-volume or complex parts: Negotiated based on order volume; we will provide a detailed production schedule.
Note: Expedited processing is available for urgent orders upon discussion.

A:

Our forging capabilities cover single-piece weights ranging from 1kg to 5,000kg, with a maximum diameter of 2.5 meters (for ring parts), depending on the specific process. We can handle an even wider range of sizes for machined parts; please provide drawings for a specific assessment.

A:

We specialize in carbon steel (Q235, 45#, etc.), alloy steel (40Cr, 42CrMo, etc.), stainless steel (304, 316, 17-4PH, etc.), tool steel, and certain heat-resistant alloys. We can also supply materials meeting specific international standards (ASTM, DIN, JIS, GB, etc.) upon request.

A:

For forgings, the MOQ is typically 50–100 pieces (depending on product weight and process complexity); for machined parts, if existing blanks are used, the MOQ can be as low as 10–20 pieces. We are very flexible regarding sample orders or trial runs and welcome inquiries.

A:

Do you accept custom orders for non-standard parts?
Yes. We fully support the production of non-standard, customized parts. Whether you provide drawings (CAD/3D), samples, or simply a conceptual requirement, our technical team can deliver a one-stop solution—from forging die design to precision machining of the finished product.

A:

Zhonggong focuses on two primary product lines: forgings (closed-die, open-die, and rolled rings) and machined parts (CNC turning, milling, grinding, drilling, etc.). Our products are widely used in sectors such as construction machinery, mining, petrochemicals, power generation, rail transportation, and the automotive industry. We offer customized production based on customer drawings or samples.
